Start with the conversation you keep having.
Four private sessions built around a real situation in your marriage or co-parenting relationship.
Book your sessionsThe conversation ended. Your response is still taking up the room.
You may be rehearsing what you should have said to your partner. You may be preparing for the next disagreement with your ex before it has even begun.
The replay uses attention you need elsewhere. The sessions begin with one real situation and the part of it that remains unfinished.
You cannot script the other person’s reply. You can practice how you will hear it, answer it, and follow through.
Four sessions. One situation brought into focus.
Each meeting works with what actually happened, what you need to say or decide, and what the other person may say back.
Find where you get stuck
Bring a recent disagreement. Identify what needed resolving, how you responded, and what remained unfinished. Choose one thing to work on.
Prepare for the real reply
Practice stating your need or boundary, then responding to disagreement. Use a brief breathing or movement practice to pause before answering.
Review and follow through
Look at what you said, what you heard, and what you did afterward. Adjust your approach, or rehearse if the conversation has not happened yet.
Keep practicing
Apply what you have learned to another situation. Leave with a personal ARC practice and a written plan for your next conversation and commitments.
ARC is practiced against a real reply.
Aware, Release, Choose & Commit gives you a way to stay in the conversation when agreement does not arrive on cue.
Notice the reaction
Catch the defense, interruption, or urge to go quiet.
Make room
Pause before answering so the reaction does not make the decision.
Choose what comes next
State your need, hear the reply, and keep any agreement you make.

What if the other person will not cooperate?
You can still work on how you listen, state a need or boundary, answer disagreement, and decide what you will do next. Their cooperation and the outcome remain outside the scope of the sessions.
How are the sessions held?
Sessions are primarily held online through Google Meet.
