Emotional Mastery for Men, Leaders, and Organizations
Most leadership programs teach performance. Jay Dubois teaches presence. With over twenty years of research and practice in human relationships, Jay helps men and teams turn avoidance into awareness — transforming emotional pain into purpose, and pressure into clarity. His approach blends anthropology, trauma-informed insight, and real-world leadership coaching to build cultures where integrity, empathy, and courage thrive. When men heal, organizations evolve — from reactivity to response, from burnout to balance, from avoidance to service.
